The pursuit of design started for me a couple of decade ago after college. I wondered, "What am I supposed to do?" I knew what I liked to do, but I didn't feel any strong calling one way or another. In fact, the shear number of possibilities was overwhelming. I new I was designed for a purpose...I just didn't how to know it.

I spent a lot of time doing "trial and error" on different hobbies, skills, jobs...for a decade. I was introduced to the System for Identifying Motivated Abilities (SIMA) and Cure for the Common Life by Max Lucado. This transformed my understanding of who I was and why I liked the things I did. It gave me direction to pursue things within my Sweet Spot. I've spent the next couple of years trying to understand how to use my Sweet Spot well and teach others how to find theirs.

I was then introduced to a strategic planning framework called VS4 that helped me crystalize some next steps in applying my design. After creating a destination and some hardcore planning, I realized that I needed to be helping people do what they do best.

So, Design Coaching was born with the hope that I could help you know and live out God’s design and calling in your life. I hope I can help you take the journey of becoming more of who you already are.
